You must notify Precogs.ai immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

3. Use of Services

• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Bypass or interfere with security controls
• Use the Services to distribute malware or illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

5. Customer Data and Ownership

You retain all rights to your code, repositories, and data. By using the Services, you grant Precogs.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, AI models, algorithms, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Precogs.ai or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other and to use such information only for purposes related to these Terms and the Services.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. Precogs.ai is not responsible for third-party services and disclaims liability arising from their use.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Precogs.ai does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all vulnerabilities or compliance gaps will be identified.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precogs.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precogs.ai from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
